We work in group homes, women's shelters, community living centers, and family service agencies right across the province. Funding for Care: We advocate for sustainable agency funding so that programs stay open and no vulnerable Manitoban is left behind.
Ending Burnout: We fight for manageable workloads and adequate staffing so we can continue to provide the highest standard of emotional and physical support.
Living Wages: We believe that the compassionate workers dedicating their lives to helping others should be able to pay their bills and support their own families.
